Terms and Conditions for enrolment at Kids Arabic Club

Kids Arabic Club Term and Timings

The Kids Arabic Club will operate three terms per year, and will broadly follow the state school academic calendar .

The kids Arabic club was established in September 2013. And it will be running for its second year.


New classes will start on September the 7th of September 2014.

The Club will be operating every Sunday from 10.30am to 1.30pm.

Application Process

To apply for a place, please fill in online application from the website.

The registration process requires you to provide information about yourself, and your child. This information shall be used for planning and administration purposes only, and shall be held in accordance with the kids Arabic Club’s confidentiality policies.

You will be contacted and asked to fill in a registration form if your application is successful. Payment is required on registration.

Each application shall be considered on its own merits. The Kids Arabic Club does not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, ethnic origin, or nationality and is committed to providing quality Arabic education to children regardless of background.



Kids Arabic Club has been working hard to cut expenses and keep the fees as low and affordable as possible without compromising the quality of our service.

Cost of the lessons are 5£/hour. This includes a snack and the materials of learning.


We are also happy to offer two bursaries for the year starting in September 2014.

  • Bursary 1: 100% of the total fees.
  • Bursary 2: 50% of the total fees.

This aims to enable talented kids who would really love to learn Arabic but can not afford it.

Attending the Arabic Club

There is no school uniform required. However, please ensure that your child is dressed in suitable clothing for both classroom work and outdoor play.

You may provide your child with a suitable snack. A light healthy snacks will be provided.  We encourage each child to bring their own water bottle.
Nuts (or items containing nuts) are not allowed on the Kids Arabic Club’s premises.
We encourage parents to speak with their child prior to them attending about good behaviour and respect for the teachers and the property.

Please ensure that your child is collected on time agreed. Any late collection will result on extra fees. All kids must be collected by 1.45pm . Please be prompt as staff cannot be employed outside their working hours to continue caring for children.

Emergencies and Contact Information

In the registration form, you will be required to provide emergency contact numbers. If you cannot be contacted, then your nominated contact person will be contacted and according to need, may be asked to collect your child.

In the case of emergency, signing the registration form will give consent to the Kids Arabic Club to provide your child with emergency action such as hospitalisation if required and/or emergency treatment, if you cannot be reasonably contacted.

Medical and Health Policies

There is always a ‘first-aider’ who will be able to assist your child on the property in case of minor incidents.

An appropriate staffing ratio will be maintained at all times to care for your children.

Staff on duty will be caring staff who have sufficient training to look after children, and have experience in teaching and child-centred environments.

If there is any emergency situation staff will respond swiftly and with reasonable care attend to your child, and will call the emergency medical services where reasonably required.

It is your responsibility to inform the Kids Arabic Club of any special conditions or allergies that affect your child. You agree that the  Kids Arabic Club may disclose any allergies or other medical information in an emergency situation.

In the case of allergy sufferers, parents/carers should be aware that the Kids Arabic Club  does not accept liability for any emergency situation arising due to allergic conditions such as allergy to nuts, milk, or insect bites, or any other such allergies. Please note that the the Kids Arabic Club does not currently have facilities in place for equipment such as EpiPens and our first aider is not trained to apply it on your child.


If your child is absent for any other reason from the Kids  Arabic Club please make sure to inform the staff in advance.
Please note no refund or credit for the fees can be offered.

Withdrawal of your child from the Club

The Kids Arabic Club reserves the right to deny enrolment of your child, or to require its immediate withdrawal if:

The fees are unpaid after two (2) written reminders

Your child is disruptive or poses a risk to the other children in the Arabic Club, and reasonable efforts to resolve the situation have failed.


The Kids Arabic Club shall not be liable for any loss, damages, expenses or costs incurred by you as a result of enrolling your child in the Club. Any liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the current term.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude any of the Kids Arabic Club's statutorily liabilities.

Confidentiality and Privacy

The Kids Arabic Club keeps all records confidential and will only share them with other individuals, schools, or other organisations at your request or with your consent, or where required by law.

These are the terms and conditions between the parent or legal guardian of the child ("you" or "your"), and the Arabic Club for Kids ("Arabic Club" or "we" or "us" or "our") which govern the enrolment and attendance of your child at the Cambridge Arabic kids Club.
